I asked Summer why she declined to purchase a soft pretzel at her school's snack cart today. I remember the soft pretzels from my high school, and how I would peel and eat the skin and then roll the dough between my fingers. "I think a pretzel should be a private thing," Summer answered, "for you and your family. And a princess never eats a pretzel."

Yet, strangely, her logic kind of makes sense, no? Can't argue with a princess!

My daughter absolutely hates princesses.
Do you think I should be concerned?

No, I think you should be greatly relieved!
